I just had a long talk with my son about the decision he needs to make regarding "showing up" in life. How is he going to choose to show up? Is he going to do the minimum and then accept a mediocre life or is he going to bring all his intelligence, talents, insights and make it a great life.
I asked him to consider the fact that his toolbox is full - he's got everything he needs to be successful and now he's gotta decide how he's going to use the tools. Is it going to be a shed or a castle? Knowing that whatever he produces, represents who is.
